CANCELLATIONS:
Please contact us within 24 hours for a cancellation. After that, your order may already be made.

LOST ORDERS:
Once the item has left our studio, we have no control over it. If an item is shown as being delivered, but is not in the buyer’s possession, the buyer must contact USPS. Sel Rosé is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
